После того как они кончатся, героиня Буше оденется и возвратится домой из массажного салона, где её будет ждать разъяренный муж, узнавший об измене. В эту же ночь красотку убивает неизвестный весьма жестоким способом: сначала втыкает ей в шею иглу с парализующим ядом, а затем вспарывает живот. Все подозрения падают на мужа, но тот не виноват и сам начинает расследование. Со стороны властей убийцу ищет инспектор Теллини (Джанкарло Джанини). А убийца, тем временем, продолжает «делать пакости» и убивает ещё несколько человек. Причем он действует как паук-тарантул: сначала парализует жертву, а затем убивает её…

This film is, at most times, surprisingly atmospheric...the mossy, rustic exterior of the castle, as well as its rich baroque antique decorum, make for a great looking European horror setting...sadly, the film never really "takes off"...I found myself rather bored after the first 30 minutes, but the fairly intense closing scenes make up heartily for these shortcomings...

In a small Scottish village, horribly murdered bodies keep turning up. Suspicion falls upon the residents of a nearby castle that is haunted by a curse involving a killer cat...

Лето, пора долгих отпусков.... В одну из элитных итальянских школ возвращаются преподаватели из такого вот отпуска. Часть из них приезжают в эту школу в первые. На вокзале их встречает служебный автобус и везет их загородную школу. Вместе с преподавателями в школу приезжает достаточно необычная вещь - большое чемодан, в котором лежит труп женщины, убийство которой мы наблюдаем в самом начале фильма. Буквально в тот-же день пропадает одна из школьниц, а днем позже убивают ещё одну девушку. Мотивы убийства пока не ясны и все считают, что это дело рук психопата. Но так ли это на самом деле....

Unlike many Giallo films, Antonio Marghetiti's Schoolgirl Killer hardly features any of the blood, sex and general sleaze that have made the genre famous, and instead puts its focus on the murder mystery and central set of characters. In fact, it's amazing just how restrained this film is, considering that it is set in an all-girls school and how almost every Giallo film with a similar setting takes full of advantage of this. The director does an exquisite job of presenting his story and his setting, and the film features some stunning camera work, which beautifully captures the well designed sets, and the fashion sense of the girls at the college. The film begins with a murder in which the killer strangles a woman and has the body put into a trunk which is then delivered to an all-girls school. Shortly thereafter; Betty-Ann, a student at the school is murdered in the basement, and when another young girl is killed in the shower, the police, led by Inspector Durant, are called in. And they're not the only ones on the case, as amateur detective Jill is also investigating.
